Home    Conservation    Conservation Minute

Conservation minutes are sporadically given at membership meetings to let birders know of some simple steps they can take to help birds.  The background message is that if you want to continue to see the birds you enjoy it's not enough to just join Audubon (though it does help) and go on field trips.  There are some actions that you can take to protect habitat, lessen environmental impacts and help them to survive in a harsh world.  As the name implies they are short messages and often provide places to get more information.
